We offer a broad range of services and specialisms to meet the demands of various projects, from period, listed and ancient buildings to eco new builds. As a business we are renowned for our quality of work and standards of completion, and we take pride in ensuring we deliver the highest quality projects.

Project Management

We can manage your building project from start to completion, liaising with your architect, structural engineer, interior designer, building control and any specialist contractors required.

Ground Works

The company can offer a 1.5 and 6 ton digger as standard, but can bring in smaller or larger excavation equipment as required. We have an excellent working knowledge of foundations, under pinning, sewage pumping stations and foul and clean water drain works.

Structural Masonry

We have a number of highly skilled masons who are experienced in all types of block, stone and brick work. We often have to photograph and label complicated structures that need taking down and re-building to the exact original detail. Other works involve the building of new walls, often to match traditional designs.

Structural Timber Works

Our skilled carpenters have an excellent working knowledge of existing and new timber frame structures. We have undertaken complicated repairs to old and failing structures using resins, steel, and hardwoods, as well as erecting completely new timber frames such as in Oak or Glulam.

Plastering

We have a team of lime plaster specialists who carry out a number of different lime plaster applications. These include traditional lime putty plasters onto a variety of internal & external backgrounds, hydraulic thin coat systems onto modern boards such as wood fibre, cork, and woodwool board.

Carpentry and Joinery

We undertake a range of carpentry and joinery projects, in particular complex finishing joinery to match older period detail, making and fitting doors, windows, conservatories, glass houses and bespoke kitchens

Other Trades

We work with a number of subcontractors who we employ to carry out plumbing, electrics, tiling, painting and landscaping. These are all subcontractors who we have long-term working relationships with and work to our expected high standards.

Renewables

Many of our projects now involve ASHP, solar or other renewable production installations. We keep up to date with all the latest developments this field and work closely with Total Renewables in Axminster on installations.
